1. Nature of Digital Goods & Immediate Access

Our courses (such as the Aatmnirbhar Tailoring Masterclass, Blouse Specialist Course, and Basic Sewing Program) consist of digital online video masterclasses, downloadable measurement charts, and pattern drafting tutorials.

Upon successful payment completion via authorized payment gateways (UPI, Cards, Net Banking, or Wallets), full digital access to course lessons is activated immediately on your registered mobile number and email.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Before Course Activation: If a student has placed an enrollment order by mistake and notifies our support team before logging in or accessing course content within 24 hours of purchase, the order can be cancelled and fully refunded.
• After Course Access: Once a user has logged in, streamed course videos, or accessed the drafting materials, cancellation is generally not accepted due to the non-returnable nature of proprietary digital educational content.

If any physical paper cutting kits or tools are purchased in special promotional bundles, they will be dispatched within 2 business days via speed courier with tracking details sent to your phone.
