Payments for courses and digital learning materials are handled through secure, third-party payment gateways licensed by the Reserve Bank of India (such as Razorpay). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

5. Intellectual Property & License

All videos, voiceovers, drafting charts, measurement formulas, lesson notes, and branding published on Radhika Tutorials are the exclusive intellectual property of Radhika Tutorials. Upon enrollment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to view the materials for your individual learning.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

7. Account Security & User Responsibility

Radhika Tutorials provides educational guidance to the best of our knowledge. We do not guarantee specific commercial earnings or boutique revenue, as student outcomes depend on individual dedication, practice, and execution.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
